Effie Seiberg is a Nebula-nominated fantasy and science fiction writer. Her shortstories can be found in the "Women Destroy Science Fiction!" special edition of Lightspeed Magazine (winner of the British Fantasy Award for Best Anthology), Analog, Diabolical Plots, and PodCastle, amongst others.
Effie is disabled with ME/CFS and is an ambulatory wheelchair user, and has done activism around it. This includes op-eds for the San Francisco Chronicle and satire readings at No Kings rallies.
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she is a small dog's Emotional Support Human.
